Hyde Workplace Solutions provides transport contract management and coordination. We do not operate our own vehicle fleet. Services are delivered through a network of approved, licensed and vetted transport providers, with Hyde holding the client contract and accountability for performance.
We state this plainly because transport procurement, particularly in local authority and healthcare settings, depends on absolute clarity about who is driving, under what licensing, and with what safeguarding checks in place.
The value we add is coordination and governance: sourcing and assessing providers, verifying licensing, insurance and DBS status, managing route planning and scheduling, handling day to day changes and disruption, and giving the commissioning authority a single accountable contact and a consistent reporting record.

All transport is delivered by approved third party transport providers. Hyde's role is contract management, provider assurance, coordination and reporting. We are explicit about this at every stage of a procurement process.
